When you sign up for an account all details collected are kept private and confidential.
Your contact details will only ever be used in order to ship orders, and if nescessary,
to contact you regarding any orders in progress. Customer details are never passed
onto any third parties.
1) Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged,
transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the
consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the
purchased product or service requested by the customer.
2) The information you supply is stored in our database and used to improve
customer service, marketing and communications. From time to time we may
contact you with information about products and services we think may be of
interest to you. We will not share this information with any other organisation.
You have the right as an individual to find out what information we hold about
you and to make corrections if necessary – you also have the right to ask us not
to use the information supplied in a certain way
3) Private Customer information (credit cards, etc.if apply) will not be kept on
file for more than 60 days from the time of your last order.
4) At the time of signing up you may opt to receive an occasional newsletter to
inform you of special offers, new items etc. This is not a weekly influx of spam
type newsletter, in fact there will be hardly any! If you sign up for this then decide
you no longer want it you can easily opt not to receive it by altering your settings on
the My Account page.
